Orders

How long will before my order reaches me?
This depends on the shipping method that you have selected. We do provide you with Express shipping which takes 1-2 days or normal ground shipping which usually takes about 1 week. * Please note the above is just an indication. The time period very much depends on the shipping location as well.

When will my order be processed after I have placed it?
Your order will only be processed once we receive an online approval from our payment processors. Once it's confirmed, we will immediately process your order if we have the product immediately in our warehouse.

What forms of payment do you accept for orders?
